Spring Creek are a group of townhomes located off Highway 6 in south College Station. It is only a couple of minutes from town so anything needed is a short drive on the highway.
There are many differents types of townhoms that range from 4 bed/3 bath to 2 bed/2 bath, with everything in between. The smaller floor plans have around 1,300 square feet, the medium floor plans have 1,600 to 1,800, and the larger floor plans have around 2,100 square feet. Prices vary between $130K to $165K.
HOA fees for Spring Creek Townhomes are $85 a month. HOA covers front and backyard management as well as sprinklers.
