Carter's Crossing is one of the newest subdivisions on the College Station real estate market. It is located off Highway 6 near Harvey Mitchell Parkway, so it is only a short drive to anywhere in the city.
Many homes in the area are under construction. Recent homes have been sold between $230,000 and $270,000. Some available homes are priced from $245,000 to almost $300,000. Floor plans vary between 2,100 and 2,500 square feet.
Students from Carter's Crossing in K-4th grade will go to College Hills Elementary. They will then move to Oakwood Intermediate for 5th and 6th, followed by 7th and 8th grade at A&M Consolidated Middle School. High school students will go to the excellent A&M Consolidated High School.
