Schools currently are Forest Ridge Elementary for Kindergarten through 4th grade, (August of 2009 this subdivision will be zoned to the new Creek View Elementary).  Fifth and Sixth Grade students attend Cypress Grove Intermediate, Seventh and Eight Grade students attend College Station Middle School, and high school students attend A&M Consolidated High School.

Utilities will be provided by Bryan Texas Utilities with satellite required for television and internet.  Aerobic septic sysems will be necessary on the acreage home tracts with the luxury patio homes receiving public sewer service.  Verizon is the local phone provider
