College Station Condos

Welcome to the newest of a long line of condo projects coming up.  The Barracks of Rock Prairie is a new College Station condo project that seems to be extremely well positioned in our ever expanding market.

Phase one construction is under way and 24 units will be ready by May 1st.  Developed by Wallace Phillips, developer of Castlegate with a long list of successful projects associated with his name, this condo project will be built by two extremely good builders.  New Vision Homes and Superior Structures will be finishing out this (at completion) 110 unit project.

First the prices....EXTREMELY attractive!  In a time when we're increasingly seeing student condos being built in an almost unimaginable price point these are reasonably priced and only 2.5 miles from campus.

2 bedroom/2 bath units run $134,900

3 bedroom/3 bath units run $144,900 - $147,900

4 bedroom/3 bath units run $168,000 - $179,000

These have a long list of standard amenities some of which I'm including here:

9 foot ceilings

granite countertops

refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, oven and electric range, microwave and vent-hood

Utility Room (washer and dryer sold seperately)

Stained concrete floors with carpet in bedrooms

Private reserved parkeing

prewired for security and intrusion alarms and with deadbolts for security

High efficiency 13 SEER A/C Heat Pump

Decked attic storage

Excellent landscaping

Call today to find out about this condo project and any others.  These are, I believe, poised to become one of my favorite projects.  I can give you the run down on all projects however!

They sound very attractive, but I can't imagine why students need granite countertops!!
