Welcome to Pebble Creek subdivision, a College Station master planned golf course community situated in the southern part of the College Station metropolitan area.  Pebble Creek Country Club, one of the only College Station country clubs in existance at this time and complete with a 18 hole championship golf course, is located within the 1,348 acre subdivision.  Country club dues are seperate from the HOA dues and not required to live in Pebble Creek.

Prices typically run approximately $225,000 for a starter home in the area to the over one million price range for the estate homes situated near the golf course.

Many of the homes were built in the 1990's, however, newer properties are being built every day. 

Pebble Creek has an active home owners association.  It is a large HOA with the dues and the restrictions varying from phase to phase. Basic restrictions can be read online here.  The Garden areas and patio homes have much more stringent restrictions than the general HOA.

Pebble Creek Elementary School is next to a beautiful ten-acre park that features two playgrounds, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields and ¼ and ½ mile jogging trails.
