Southern Trace is an excellent College Station subdivision, designed with students in mind. Southern Trace is just south of William D. Fitch Pkwy. off Wellborn Road. Only 5 minutes from campus, and even less for parks, pools, and shopping.
All the houses in the area have around 1,500 square feet of space and range from $124K to $165K. Houses are hooked up to city water and sewage, natural gas heating, and have a fenced yard and a front porch.
Students from the Southern Trace will go to Rock Prairie Elementary for K-4th, Cypress Grove Intermediate for 5-6th and College Station Middle School for 7-8th. High School Students will attend the excellent A&M Consolidated High School.
